Ladies & Gentlemen, Come One, Come All! Join us for a vintage carnival experience at the Nielsen-Massey Buttercream Ball in Miami. In conjunction with the SoFlo Cake and Candy Expo, Icing Smiles is proud to host this casually elegant evening full of cocktails & carnival fare, delectable desserts, entertainment and fun that everyone will be talking about!
Spotlighting in the center ring will be three of our very own Sugar Angels competing in the Domino Sugar "Showpiece Showdown". These masterful artists, each partnered with a Super-Hero Kid, will design and prepare a cake for the crowd! Our competitors are: Erin Schwartz of Stacked, Sharon Spradley of Curiaussiety Cakes, and Reva Alexander-Hawk of Merci Beaucoup Cakes.
And as always, shop our Silent Auction which has a little something for everyone! From sponsor products, gift baskets, and gift cards to autographed memorabilia and those special items you just can't buy. The 2017 Nielsen-Massey Buttercream Ball is a main event that is too sweet to miss!
