Nielsen-Massey Buttercream Ball - Baltimore 2018

You're invited to join Icing Smiles and Nielsen-Massey Vanillas as we host our annual Buttercream Ball in Baltimore! This casually elegant evening full of cocktails, confections, entertainment and fun will have everyone talking!

We welcome you to join us on Saturday, March 3rd the 1840s Ballroom. Your ticket to this exciting event include a delicious selection of cocktails and confections, music and dancing, incredible food selections and a delectable assortment of some of the finest desserts that will make your mouth water! Network with some of the industry's best pastry masters and shop from a broad range of enticing items during our Silent Auction! There is always a little something for everyone!

Creativity will take center stage during our Domino Sugar "Showpiece Showdown" cake competition LIVE at the gala! Watch three of the industry's best bakers, each partnered with an Icing Smiles Super Hero kid, compete head to head for the crowd. This will be an event proven to be as delicious as it will be fun!

Our first competitor is Lizzy Neale. Lizzy has been a cake decorator for the past 18 years. She joined the SugarBakers team 2 1/2 years ago and has since been featured as a Winner of Cake Hunters on the Cooking Channel. Her amazing artistic abilities shine through with every cake that she creates showcasing her love and passion for her craft. Lizzy is a new addition to our Icing Smiles family and we welcome her and her talents with open arms and look forward to seeing what she has in store for her showpiece.

David Geaney is our second contestant. David has a history with Icing Smiles that dates back to before our official inception eight years ago! In addition to the 15 cakes he has donated as a Sugar Angel, David continues to support Icing Smiles and assists us to expand our outreach to both local and regional audiences.

Our third contestant is Pamela Bogart. Pamela became a Sugar Angel in 2014 and has not only served a smile but she has joined the Icing Smiles Admin Team helping us plan festive events such as our Buttercream Balls.

We look forward to having you join us for what is sure to be a great night in our home town and all for an amazing cause!
