Nielsen-Massey Buttercream Ball - Chicago 2018

You're invited to join Icing Smiles and Nielsen-Massey Vanillas as we host our fourth Buttercream Ball in Chicago! This casually elegant evening full of cocktails, confections, entertainment and fun will have everyone talking!

We welcome you to join us on Saturday, November 3rd at The James Hotel. Your ticket to this exciting event include a delicious selection of cocktails and confections, music and dancing, incredible food selections and a delectable assortment of some of the finest desserts that will make your mouth water! Network with some of the industry's best pastry masters and shop from a broad range of enticing items during our Silent Auction! There is always a little something for everyone!

Creativity will take center stage during our Domino Sugar "Showpiece Showdown" cake competition LIVE at the gala! Watch three of the industry's best bakers, each partnered with an Icing Smiles Super Hero kid, compete head to head for the crowd. This will be an event proven to be as delicious as it will be fun! Our competitors include Emily Easterly and more!

Emily Easterly is a graduate of the French Pastry School in Chicago, IL. She currently works for Wilton as a decorator and instructor at the Wilton School in Darien, IL. Her work can be seen in both print and media, from Wilton publications, digital media, product packaging, store signage, Cake Central Magazine, and Cake Masters Magazine. She is a Sugar Angel, and has also been on Icing Smiles admin team for 5 years, currently serving as the Instagram Manager.
