This is the organization that I volunteer-bake for. It is very similar to Make-a-Wish, but Icing Smiles fulfills cake dreams of critically ill children and their siblings that support them. This month I am making a "dream cake" (allowed once per lifetime) for a sibling turning 18. The fundraising on this page goes to the organization, not to me (they will give me a small fee to put towards ingredients), but the rest is a labor of love. -Melissa
