Help me bake a difference for a family dealing with the critical illness of a child!

There is nothing like seeing the joy on the face of a child when they see their custom birthday cake! These children and their siblings could all use some joy when they are facing such serious illness. I've had the pleasure of making three Icing Smiles cakes and have made at least one wonderful friend along the way.
