Icing Smiles sets up local bakers with a child dealing with cancer to receive a special birthday cake. I started out with my first cake being for a boy named Kian that has a half a heart. He is now 5 years old and I continue to see him grow. I have made other cakes for other children that haven't been so lucky. I am proud to be able to create a custom cake for children like Kian.
