I have been baking and decorating cakes for these very special children for several years. For those of you who are not familiar with Icing Smiles, it is a volunteer organization whose members provide dream cakes for children battling critical illnesses or their siblings. I am extremely blessed to share my love for baking and decorating cakes in such a special way with these families. My favorite part is to see their smiles when I deliver their dream cakes!
