I am pleased to be able to create a fun cake for a little girl with Biliary Atresia. She is celebrating her 2nd anniversary of her liver transplant! I am not asking for money for me, but to help the organization Icing Smiles so that bakers can continue to make cakes for kids!! Thank you for any help you can provide!!
