- Sadie has become a volunteer baker for Icing Smiles! This is a wonderful organization that provides birthday cakes to critically ill children and their families. Any monies raised help offset Sadie's (and other volunteers) expenses in providing these cakes. Sadie has received her first Call to Action!!! She is baking a birthday cake for a critically ill 8 year old boy. Help her support good in the world and make a difference for a deserving child. Help her Bake a Difference with Icing Smiles!
