Hi Everyone,
My name is Carmalina, I am a professional home baker and belong to this fabulous community of bakers at Icing Smiles. What is Icing Smiles? They are a great organization that donates cakes to families impacted by the critical illness of a child. They collaborate with bakers all over the country to help celebrate a child's birthday by giving them a cake. Most of these families are struggling with the financial cost of treatments and looking after the family and this just helps bring joy & create memories for these families.

This month I was asked to bake a cake for the sibling of a child dealing with mitochondrial disease. Please remember this family in your prayers.
