In the past I have donated birthday cakes for children dealing with difficult sicknesses and even their siblings who tend to put themselves second to allow their sick brother/sister to be focused on. A great exaples was when I created and donated a 2 tiered Doc McStuffins 1st birthday cake to a little girl battling High Grade Spindle Cell Sarcoma. I was able to meet the little girl in person and it was a very emotional experience. I was glad to be putting my skills to a great purpose.
