What is Icing Smiles? Icing Smiles is a non-profit organization that connects local bakers (Sugar Angels) with critically ill children and their families. Sugar Angles are 100% volunteers and provide special customized cakes to these families during celebrations free of charge. I am honored to be one of these volunteers.
