I've had the pleasure to create a number of cakes for Icing Smiles and the gratitude from the parents is overwhelming. When they're dealing with a critically ill child there's often times no money or energy left for celebrations. That's where we step in and do it for them. As much as I do this for the kids, as a parent I do this for them, too.
