You guys! I received my second call to action to once more create a cake for a special child through Icing Smiles! I am so excited to be able to once more be donating a custom cake!

This time, I will be making a cake for Collin, the 5 year old brother to a child with a brain tumor. It is just as important for siblings of critically ill children to have a day off from the stress of a sick brother or sister. Often times, they are the stoic one, the one who gets passed over as their sick sibling gets additional care or attention. These children have to be strong when sometimes, they just need and want the same attention. Usually they are understanding, but they are still just children. And sometimes, we need to work to make them feel special too.

Please help me cover the cost of my baking materials as well as ensure that more children can receive a Smile.

Icing Smiles is a nonprofit organization that provides custom celebration cakes and other treats to families impacted by the critical illness of a child. These cakes create a temporary escape from worry and positive memories during a difficult time.
